Writing this review after use of over 6 months. Its a very-very bad product from Kent. Ever since we purchased, its causing issues. Here is the list: 1. The pressure is too low and even after repeated complaints, their customer care executive has not been able to fix the issue. They will just give lame excuses and go. 2. It requires cleaning/servicing every month. The water will get blocked and then we have to raise a service request. 3. Overall process for service is too slow. After raising the complaint, We have to wait 3-4 days for their representative to come and do the servicing. Sometimes they will simply cancel the service request after 3 days and then we have to repeat the same process over again. For one year service is free but after that they charge Rs 350 for every visit (+ any replacement cost). Considering the frequent issues with the product, i would recommend to go for some other product.
