We love this because it’s not nearly as vinegary as many pepper sauces. It is a relatively mild hot sauce that won’t make you want to visit ER. We use it mainly for red beans and rice made with Camellia beans & for San Francisco style garlic noodles with chicken. Impossible to find in many grocery stores so it’s nice to have it available

I made a trip to New Orleans and most of the restaurants offered this as an option on the tables. I had never tried it but being a tabasco fan I thought I'd try it. I really liked it. It's a bit of different flavor but I actually prefer it to tabasco. Being able to find it on Amazon made me happy. I recommend it if you like tabasco.

That's Louisiana, not Los Angeles. I love this stuff. Guy at work recommended it. It's less salty than others and that's what my tastebuds seem to like. Goes great on almost anything. Not hot, but that's subjective obviously. One of the bottles arrived with a cracked lid due to the fact that the bottle was just as long as the box and probably got some rough handling along the way. I found one that had the proper threading from a cheap bottle of Worchestershire sauce and used it. Won't hold that against the Crystal.
