Super slim, light and holds a lot.
This replaced a leather card holder wallet that was kind of bulky and was wearing out. The slim fold micro is made out of very durable but soft and thin fabric that feels fine and wears well. It was easy to fit 6 credit and ID cards in with room to spare for a few more. I donโt use cash much anymore but the wallet easily holds US or Canadian paper bills if I need some and they fit perfectly. The wallet is very thin and slips easily into my front pocket for security. Iโm glad I bought it.

Great Durable, Truly-slim Wallet
I'm not a fan of thick wallets. I don't carry *that* many cards, but even 5 cards a few dollar bills can make they typical leather wallet feel fat and bulge inside your pockets. Previously I had a Tyvek wallet, and after that one wore out, I wanted something just as thin and may more durable. This ticked all those boxes. The color choices are superb, the simple features are well-thought-out, and it's thin like paper without sacrificing any of the durability of a traditional "rugged" wallet. I love it so far and that's why it's worth five stars. A couple of (good) notes of things I like, and maybe things I discovered after purchase: (1) The inside is cut low so that you can see the bills in the billfold pocket. This initially annoyed me, but I realized that it reminds me of what/how much money I have, and it makes it easier to thumb through without actually opening up the billfold like an old man at the grocery store. Turns out this is a great feature. (2) The inside of the billfold has two pockets, inside of which are some sheets of plastic to give the outside some sturdiness/rigidity. Again, I wasn't a fan of this at first but after it bent a little I like it more. Also, the RFID foil goes in there, and for the minimal cost upgrade, you might as well go for that option. (3) In some places there is some disagreement in how many cards this thing can hold. The documentation that came with the wallet, the amazon site, and the SlimFold site all disagree with each other. I fit about 8 standard plastic cards, some laminated-paper cards, and about 6 bills and the bills were definitely the limiting factor in folding, and it's gotten better since. It could easily fit 12 cards, and the wallet would eventually conform to the bulk. I easily fit 3-4 cards in each "pocket" on each side. A couple of things I don't like, but I am not removing stars for it: (1) The stitching on mine is *just* off center so that I notice it when I try to fold the wallet closed. It doesn't bother me and I have to really look at it to notice, but it's real. (2) I wish the height of the outside, were maybe 0.25-0.5cm taller. If I have several dollars in the billfold section they tend to poke out. I also ordered the standard-size SlimFold wallet to compare, and while it technically was thinner since the cards were spread out more rather than right-on-top-of-each-other, this was outweighed by the fact that my wallet was about the size of a passport, which I thought was find but comparing the two I prefer the smaller, slimmer, micro-version. All-in-all a great wallet, and I'll tell people about it for years to come.

Great for ladies too!
****** 3 YEAR UPDATE***** I just realized the other day that I've had this wallet for 3 years and it's still as functional as the day I got it. I keep about 7 cards, some cash and a paper license in it. I have never had it work it's way out of my pocket. It mostly resides in the little front pocket of my purse but I like that I can just put in my pocket when I feel like it. It's looking just a little worn, but being as frugal as I am I have no intention of replacing it until it dies and I expect to get may more years out of it. Being an active woman and someone who mostly wears jeans, I don't always want to carry a purse or large wallet. After having my purse and large wallet stolen out of my car I no longer want to carry every membership card or my checkbook with me on a daily basis. I often slip my ID, credit card(s), a bit of cash in my back pocket but unfortunately they tend to slip out rather easily, especially when pulling out my phone, and I am constantly misplacing them. I wanted a slim wallet to securely hold the basics, not slip out of my jeans, not be manly, bulky or even noticeable and also fit within a typical women's wallet or purse when not wearing jeans. Even the slimmest women's wallets are bulkier than this. I honestly LOVE this little wallet because it does exactly what I need. Like other reviewers I am slightly skeptic of the durability of the stitching and elasticity of the card slots holding up over time and the price is steep. However, I am currently thrilled with this little wallet. I can even place it in my front jeans pocket or bra if necessary for security while traveling. While I don't mind the black color, and I see only a couple of the 500+ reviews from a female's perspective, there may be a market for women like myself for a less masculine color. Bright colors are also easier to find at the bottom of a purse.

Don't like the RFID feature - great wallet besides that
I love this wallet for form and function, with just two factors that bug me: 1. Turns out I don't like the RFID feature. My fare card for the metro (i.e. subway) is a proximity sensor -- you swipe it on the sensor on the subway gate to get on the train. Normally you just keep the card buried deep in your wallet and hold your whole wallet up to the sensor, but that's not possible with this wallet, because the RFID blocks the signal. This means I have to keep my metro card in a more accessible spot (which I would normally reserve for a credit card or something I use frequently), so that I can pull the card out and swipe it on the sensor. So, I've pretty much given up on using this wallet during my commute to work. I use one of my older wallets whenever I might be riding the metro, and I reserve this new one for going out in the evenings. (I know that, theoretically, RFID is a good thing to have, but that's just theoretical for me, because I've never had a problem with non-RFID wallets so far.) 2. I don't really like how the first bill in the billfold is visible. I keep my bills in order, smallest in the front to largest in the back, so if I have any singles, it always looks like I'm carrying around exactly $1 whenever I flip my wallet open. It's a small, silly point, but I'd rather have my cash covered until I open the billfold. Other than these two points, I love the wallet -- it's super-thin and can be carried comfortably in my front pocket. It looks stylish, in a trimmed-down, elegant way. If I could get one identical to this, but without the RFID and covering up the bills, it would be my perfect wallet.

I love this wallet
I absolutely love this wallet! I bought it over 4 years ago in August of 2018 and it is still holding up very well. I have accidentally washed it a couple times with my laundry, I have been thrown in pools a couple times with it in my pocket, still going strong. It has plenty of room for everything that I need (plus stuff I don't need), and it is still slimmer than my old leather bifold wallet. I have my Driver's License and a few of my business cards in the ID window. I am able to fit 13 cards in the card holders. The cash section of the wallet has a slot on either side where the RFID blockers are, which is a perfect place to keep things that you I to have on me but don't access regularly (I keep my concealed carry permit and sales license there). The only reason I am writing this review right now is because it is the day after Black Friday and I am in the shopping mood, so I wanted to see if there are any new cool wallets out that I might want to replace mine with. After searching all over the internet trying to find something that I like better, I can't. I am going to keep the one I have until it wears out, which doesn't seem like it is going to be any time soon. I could not be happier with this wallet, you will not regret spending the money on it, I certainly don't.
