Late bro not problem

Ghh

Good

Easily disolvable unlike other heavy mass gainers

Taste really good and I gained a lot in a week. It was worth every pretty penny. It does make you gassy and the clumping isn’t as bad since I blend it. Overall very effective.

This product definitely helped me pack on a lot of weight. This was my second time purchasing true mass 1200, and after i finished it i had increased my weight from 200 lbs to 230 lbs. Obviously, there was some body fat gained, but the majority of the weight was muscle. This is the most effective gainer I have used for simply packing on weight and mass. In comparison, after finishing my second bag of true mass, i tried serious mass and did not gain any weight. I kept my work out intensity and consistency the same as before, but not results. Needless to say, I bought more true mass immediately.

this is my 2nd time ordering and it has worked for me so far. finished this bag in just over a months time. Put a lil weight on since . 140 to 150 in a lil over a month, of coarse with moderate excercise. taste is as good as a milk shake. sometimes a bit sweet but smooth. Blending is the best way to go. Those Shakers leave too much clumps.

Ectomorph here, drink plenty of water while taking this or any mass gainers... Works as it should, went from 130 back up to 153 at,1.5-2lbs per week on 3000 calorie a day diet. I also have used Muscle Tech Extreme Mass, MHP Mass.. This one works about the same but it is the least calories of the other brands. I use the 2 scoops (scoop is HUGE) with 24oz of whole milk and 2tbs of peanutbutter in the vanilla flavor. That's about 1800 extra calories a day, so not bad. Yes, it's thick. Use a blender or it will be chunky. You cannot mix it in a shaker cup. I tried, even with my big 34oz shaker cup and it was too chunky. However, the longer it sits the thicker it gets and will eventually dissolve the chunks. Chugging these bad boys down is work and not for the faint of heart. Tip for ladies- add a benefiber packet to the mix because you are about to be backed tf up during this whole transition and you want to be careful not to weaken your pelvic floor from constant straining from constipation. In the mean time drink your water, lift heavy and watch yourself grow! 😊
