How long do these keep food cold?

Up to 6 hours, depending on ambient temperature and insulation of your lunch bag. Freezing overnight (8–12 hrs) gives the best results. Use 2 packs for bulkier bags.

Are these safe? What's inside the pack?

Yes — these are filled with water only. The outer shell is food-grade 304 stainless steel: BPA-free, plastic-free, and no chemical gel of any kind. 100% food-contact safe.

Will these fit in my lunch box or bento bag?

At just 0.5" thin and 7" × 4.75", they slide neatly alongside food containers in most standard lunch boxes, bento bags, and soft coolers without wasting space.

Can I put these in the dishwasher?

Yes! They are fully dishwasher safe — top rack recommended. The 304 stainless steel resists corrosion and won't warp, discolor, or pick up odors in the dishwasher.

Why buy 4 packs instead of just 1 or 2?

The set of 4 lets you rotate: use 2 packs today while 2 refreeze overnight. Perfect for families with multiple lunch bags or anyone who packs lunch 5 days a week.
