Centron Fishing Rod and Reel Combo, Baitcaster & Spinning Combo

Great feeling combo for begginers as well as pro fishers. Strong rod with a good grip and bend ratio. Reel is smooth and looks so cool had ppl asking where did I get it assuming it was supper expensive because of its looks. Light and comfortable to carry.

This is a great Rod! I use it for bank fishing and the length is perfect for those spots with low lying trees

I am so glad I got this rod and reel. It's perfect for my needs. I mostly fish for bluegill and crappie and this is great for that! I've never used this brand before but I had heard good things about it. You have to assemble it but it's very easy to do. If you have any issues there are tutorials online. Once I got it put together and added my line I gave it a test cast in my yard. It was a smooth cast. Felt like I got better distance with this rod and reel combo than any other brand I've used before. Now, I won't say that I'm a pro, but I've been fishing all my life. I've tried a good variety of rods and reels. This is hands down my favorite. Great ,affordable option for beginners and seasoned fisherman. The rod is sturdy enough to catch what I'm fishing for. It also had good sensitivity and I was able to feel the tiniest nibble. Reeling in was smooth as well. Exceeded my expectations.

My honest review as someone who had never used a bait caster before. This is honestly the easiest setup you can get out there. I put 20lb braided test on mine and have been using a lot. Make sure to grab a can of reel oil. They don't come with any lubricants and after about 20 cats you will start hearing gears. But with good maintenance. This makes a quality baitcaster

I purchased this Fishing rod and reel combo for my son for his birthday. We fished with it weekly until we went on a trip to go bass fishing. On the trip my son caught a few large bass on the pole, near the end of the trip the tip of the pole broke. I called the Support line that Amazon lists for support which is the Customer service Number for Kasking. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly , I explained what happened to him. He told me not to worry as it would be covered under warranty, if i would submit a warranty claim to the service email address. I submitted the warranty claim for this fishing pole over two weeks ago, I still haven't even received a response to the email I sent. I tried calling to speak with someone, and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone to get any sort of answers. If I could do it over again, I would not purchase from this company. I will not purchase any other fishing products form this company again. Update I was able to get in touch with a representative with KastKing and they informed me they had received my email and had responded the same day, i couldn't find it for some reason. They didn't have the exact same color of pole, but informed me they could send me a different color which was more than acceptable. As soon as the color was confirmed they sent the pole out the same day. I am extremely pleased that they stand behind their product and take care of customer issues.

Caught some nice Large and small mouth bass. Retrieve and drag work great. Rod just the right tension.

The reel is smooth and light. Drag feels good. However after about 3 beach fishing trips, the reel seized up. I took it apart and main bearing and two handle bearings were corroded. After freeing them up and applying reel grease it seems to work well. But i am concerned the bearings corroded and will seize again under load. Buy a better reel if you plan to do saltwater fishing.
