This review is for InfiniPower brand Flexible 8-Inch Aluminum Ducting, Dryer Vent Hose, Heavy-Duty Three-Layer Protection, 25-Feet Long for Heating Cooling Ventilation and Exhaust, Black. The 25’ flexible duct was delivered on-time, complete, well-packaged and as described by the seller; two stainless steel clamps were included. I purchased this 25’ long, 8” diameter flexible duct in order to connect an 8” diameter flange to an 8” diameter variable speed ventilator (also ordered through Amazon) in an attic ventilation system. I am hoping to improve the efficiency of my A/C system by drawing in cooler outside air into the attic at nighttime. I am using an Amazon Smart Plug with an Alexa routine to turn the system on/off on a pre-determined schedule. This flexible duct is exactly what I needed to connect the ventilator fan to the flange which is mounted on a plenum approx. 20 feet away. The duct extended very well from its compressed condition, adapted flexibly to the contours and fully covered the distance I required. It appears to be sturdy and fit for purpose and was easy to install; the included clamps secured the duct firmly at both ends.

It is a tight 12" od but i made a duct-tape reducer and worked perfectly after
I used this for my fan in my garage to move air from the garage to outside and it was perfect
