Great substitute for regular pasta
I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and filling this is. I only got one box because (usually) items like this taste terrible or have terrible consistency. It had a texture like al dente pasta, which I like. It kept me full all day. 2 oz (dry) turned out to be quite a bit too. It’s the same amount of calories as Barilla Protein Pasta, but way better macros. It’s what my body needs. I’ll be buying it again

BUY IT NOW!
Amazing! Tastes just like pasta, a massive portion size just in those 2 oz and very filling! Stays together even though it looks like it wouldn’t and great texture. Only 4 min cook time to easy to make and the macros on this are INSANE!

Great product
It cooks in 4-5 minutes. The texture is more like regular pasta. Tastes good and has less calories and carbs then regular pasta and is a good source of protein.

Not for me
Don’t let the stars confuse you. That’s just my opinion on the taste, which I’m not used to. The noodles are thin, and I didn’t let them boil as long as the box advised because they are wrong on every box of every pasta I’ve ever had. It leads to mush. So I cooked them perfectly. I used a simple butter sauce at first and did not like the taste. Once I switched to a garlicky tomato sauce, it was a bit better. I’m a longtime vegetarian and usually love when food/drinks taste “green” but this was a little much. Something about the texture threw me, too. But it was more edible than mush. I won’t eat this again. It was edible and okay, but life’s too short and miserable to eat “mid” food.
