Shannon Faux Fur Luxury Shag White, Fabric by the Yard

This fur is very good quality, and was easy to shave for the shorter parts. I work in costume and mascot making, and this fur is on my re-order list for future products.Worth the price.

this used to be the top faux fur on the market. since places like big z have come out with their own lines, i cant imagine working with this stuff anymore.i got it to make arm sleeves for a pair of fursuit paws i made using this fur in 2019. obviously the dye lots are going to be different, but this is significantly thinner and almost clumps together like a mongolian fur. it just doesnt feel as soft as it once did, which makes the hike in price in the last four or five years all the more appalling. i cant imagine what is making this happen.

I usually rate this at 5 stars as I use this fur a lot but this time around I brought it down to 3 stars. The fur itself is still as good as usual but the batch I got sent this time looks as though it had a huge rip that was sewn back together a bit haphazardly. I have to keep it because I need it to get an order made and out and there wasn’t time to wait for a replacement to be sent, but that bit of the fur was wasted as a result. Very unprofessional to sell fabric that has been damaged and poorly repaired. Hopefully this was a fluke and it won’t happen again.

The color is very vibrant especially for a white and it feels almost real. It is a bit thinner than expected but will work great for what I need

Product was actually delivered under 2 weeks but was stuck at the post office for over a month because of an address issue. They were unable to read the label even though it seemed fine to me. Only after manually calling up and checking do I finally receive the package.Product wise, the fur is beautiful and exactly what I imagined. The fur length is long and the count dense. It came in a box folded. It is quite heavy though. Just be careful when removing it from the box. Have a vacuum handy as scraps of fur will fly all over.

My grandson loved it. He was making a mask and required faux fur. Everything turned out great except he might be allergic to the faux fur but it didn't keep him from working with the fur!

This is exactly the fur I was looking for. I had previously purchased the faux gorilla fur from the same seller and decided to keep it. When I checked agaon I found this and decided to buy this as well hoping it was the correct product I needed.The fur is almost an inch long and very durable when tugged. I'm planning on using this particular product to add a fur trim around the hood of my sweater. I also want to dye the tips of it a nice black color, but that's besides the point. I recommend this fabric because of its quantity and potential.I would imagine these would work well with making tails and ears if that's your thing.

Extremely happy with the product. The fur is soft, the backing is tight and neat, and the order came by within a few days but no more than a week. Shaving the fur is extremely easy as well, and the backing doesnt show at all. My one small con is the amount of shedding that first happens when you get the package, but thats expected to happan with all furs. Will defiently be coming back to buy more colours.
