Eat these everyday! Optimal for breastfeeding! Doesn’t affect my energy but is filling and flavorful. Also check the ingredients for allergens. This one doesn’t contain soy (which is great for my allergy) but others do.

Perfect Little Snack Bar — We’re Hooked
We first tried these Zbar Chocolate Chip bars last summer when my son was in the hospital… and now we love them. The texture is perfect — soft‑baked without being mushy — and the quality and taste are amazing. Each bar has 11g of sugar, which I’m fine with for an occasional snack, and the 2g of protein isn’t high, but they do offer higher‑protein versions if you prefer. As a quick pick‑me‑up, these are one of my favorites. They also come in other flavors that are just as good… especially the iced oatmeal.
