I heard that mushrooms helped improve memory so I ordered these for hubby and I. So far so good. There does seem to be improvement with my husband. He appears to be much sharper mentally.

These were about half three price of the ones I bought last month. Never again will I do that. They did not work well at all. They actually made me constipated. Idk why but, They did. 🤦

The gummy it’s a bit on the hard side
I like it so far I will keep eye on the actual effects but I feel like alertness it’s there and more than usual without it.
