Extremely dissatisfied with product. Ordered a 11x13, box states 11x13, but the actual canvas size is 9.6667 x 11.25. Canvas extremely light-weight and rain water collects in the pockets when folded up without and drain holes. would like to give only 1/2 a star, but system will not let me.

We purchased a house with a pergola that had a shade cover that was hanging on for dear life. I found this one and it was such a great deal and beautiful color. Easy to change out and I am so happy with my purchase.

It comes as two panels that zipper together at the middle. The panels themselves are great! They’re thick and good quality, seem like they’ll be durable. The curtain rod, hooks, and brackets are another story. The rod comes in several pieces that don’t fit tightly together, they don’t snap in place. They all come apart every time I open or close the curtains. The hooks are thin plastic that probably won’t last long. It comes with three brackets that attach to the pergola and you snap the rod down in place, but the brackets are also a thin, cheap plastic. The rod keeps popping back out of place and I don’t think it’ll be long before they just snap off. With some tweaks the issues can probably be fixed so overall I think I’m happy with the purchase.
