I live in a coastal region. We enjoy a lot of steamed oysters, steamed shrimp, steamed crabs, and clams. It’s also a rather rural area so as well I enjoy a lot of steamed vegetables. So I was looking for a stock pot, a large stock pot to cook, soups, stews, and such in, but could also double as a steamer. It seems to have been impossible to find. I found just the stock pot I was looking for. Sunhouse Stainless Steel Stock Pot - 11 Quart Heavy-Duty Induction Cooking Pot with Visible Lid but there was no steamer attachment to it. So I found this steamer attachment. Prime Cook 3'' Depth Stainless Steel 18/10 Steamer Basket with 28cm/ 11.02'' Diameter. So I measured and thought and measured and thawed and measured and thought. And finally ordered both. They work absolutely perfect perfectly. It’s like they were meant for each other. I was so excited.

What beautiful pot! I know that is a strange thing to say but it is not just functional, it is nice looking! The markings make canning easy and the clear lid manages dripping condensation without spilling because of the added lip inside. It is a small thing but very helpful design.

Perfect pot! I make spaghetti sauce once a month for my growing Family. The sauce doesn’t burn like it does in my other large pots. Even heating! It is three ply. Size is just right for the amount I make. There’s enough for leftovers. 😆 As far as durability I’ll have to wait and see. But I am sure it will be great. This is a heavy pot.

Very well made. The handles are sturdy and just the right size for a firm grip, but not too large. The lid is see-through and fits precise. It feels like the highest quality.
