4.9/5 stars. I was in the market for buying a smoothie and slushie maker. I had my eyes set on a very popular name brand, but this one was on sale, so I gave it a try. It works great! My kids can't get enough of it and are always asking me to make them chocolate shakes. My only issue is the preset temperature settings do not make the slushie thick enough to my liking (which is why I'm saying 4.9 stars). However, this issue does not deter me from using it, as the multiple preset option make it easy to adjust the temperature to make the perfect thickness. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is in the market of making slushies or smoothies at home.

This slushie machine is honestly one of the best things I’ve bought this year. I was a bit unsure at first because of the price, but it’s totally worth it. It makes frozen drinks and you don’t even need ice. Just pour in your mix, press a button, and that’s it. I’ve used it for everything—slushies, smoothies, even frozen margaritas—and every time the texture is spot on. Creamy, smooth, and refreshing. Cleanup is easy too thanks to the auto-clean feature, I really appreciate. It dosn’t need a huge space in the kitchen and has amazing design that looks great on the counter!

Product leaks with every use contacted support who told me to tighten the screws but it’s only a temporary fix definitely wouldn’t purchase again

False advertising Says it can use any liquid, then doesn't bother to mention it requires sugar. Might be nice to mention for people who can't have sugar, it's not like we're rare. EDIT: works with 0 sugar juice if you add allulose syrup. Still not happy that they didn't make this clear in their advertising, but at least it isn't useless. I highly recommend minute maid 0 sugar fruit punch + a couple tsps of allulose and it tastes great with a great slushie texture. edit (they offered a refund, response: I would like to thank you for you offer of a refund, but I have been able to get the product to work and it is now working very well with the recipe I added in my review. It wouldn't be fair or honest to accept a refund. I do hope though that in the future you consider including this tip for other people who can't have sugar. This is a great product now that I've figured out how to make it work for me! I will add this response to my review.)

I was debating between buying this machine or one from Ninja. I ultimately chose the SHAKKU because it was more budget-friendly and appeared to offer more functions for the price. A huge plus for me is that, unlike some (maybe all) other machines, the instructions don't require you to add sugar for it to work, which is great for healthier options. So far, I have used it to make both smoothies and ice cream, and it works very well. The auto-clean function is also incredibly convenient and makes cleanup simple.

Durable but had problems with the digital display controls.

The slushie machine was pretty easy to use, the most important thing to remember is firstly to leave it to stand when you've first received it and put it in place, similar to a new fridge, once in place it does look very stylish though. Performance wise it works very efficiently, seems to make delicious tasting slushies in under 30 minutes, so I would consider that quite quick, its not silent, but it isn't a noisy machine, and it's easy to use, and easy to clean.

We love making fruity drinks, and I’ve used it for frozen cocktails — it works perfectly for both. The machine is compact and doesn’t make much noise, which is a plus.. Overall, it’s fun, convenient. Highly recommend for families or anyone who loves frozen drinks!
