Decent wallet, holds all the things and looks good. Much bigger than the image suggests. Hard to slide the outside card in and out. Also has a metal logo thing on the other side that always catches on my pocket (no you can't just cut it off). The money clip is extremely tight but easily bent out of shape.

The third time I have purchased this wallet in five years, will purchase another for sure!

The wallet is as well built as any wallet in this price range that you're likely looking to get your dad for Christmas. You will find many of the same pockets that you would find any a traditional money-pocket bi-fold wallet. There is some of that "new wallet stick" and it seems a little more prevalent than some of the brand names in this range, so I'm expecting a longer break in period. It hasn't been much trouble though. They offer a variety of pattern and color options to suite your (or your Dad's taste). The real question of if you want this wallet or not will depend on your preference where you like to put your cash. Do you like the idea of a money-clip in your wallet, or do you prefer the traditional money-pocket? I normally prefer the money-pocket style wallet, but I wanted to try something different. What I like about a money-pocket wallet is your money's in the pocket and you're the only one who can see it when you reach to get some. It's your money, it's your business. You don't have that much privacy with a money-clip. You open your money clip wallet, and everyone who can see knows some of what your business. The upside to this money-clip style wallet, you don't hold on to useless junk. If I'm being honest, whether I got cash or not, I always find myself putting receipts, business cards, and other useless stuff in the money-pocket. With this money-clip style wallet, I'm not prone to do that because I don't have some place I can just throw it. I usually end up just putting it in the trash. If it's a business card, then I decide, do I really want it, then and there. Coming from a money-pocket wallet, to this, has really helped me not hold on to all the junk we tend to keep in our money-pockets. I do recommend if you're wanting to try a money-clip style wallet.
