Great bit of kit, really helps my grip on doing deadlifts, managed 3 reps 100kg instead of 1

Unfortunately very very uncomfortable.
The padding in the straps of the product are not all the way around so when you try to lift weights, esp heavier weights, it really puts a strain on your wrist. Left a really bad mark on mine as seen in the photo. Better to get a normal lifting strap.
