These level R daily-use peels you can leave on if you don’t mind how it feels on the skin. If you intend to go outside, then wash it off and put sunscreen on.

can i sleep with it on?

you should probably try a test patch on your skin to make sure your skin is fine with it. This isn't that strong, but if you've never used Glycolic Acid before I would definitely do that and then after applying it all over, if it is irritating, you can always wash it off.

Not quite sure but seems to be working. Video mentioned cystic acne. I don't even squeeze the bulb thing. I pull it out of the bottle and rub it all over my face. Then spread it around with my fingers.
