Quick way to add insulation or soundproofing
These sheets provide a slick way to add some insulation/soundproofing to an area. The material itself is a foam on a pre-glued paper sheet. It is easy to remove the glued protective layer to apply: simply cut, peel and stick. It is sturdy, I had no problem with it tearing.

This is an excellent product and the reason why is because if you have a leg brace like I do that, I wear on my left leg. It’s not a permanent fix, but it is temporary until you can get a professional to look at and put some more padding on the leg brace so it doesn’t rub I asked my mom to help me get this on the inside of my leg brace. The thickness is just right.

Easy to clean and stick to anything!
We were creative and use this to cover our neck pillows for the sauna to keep the sweat off them and they work perfectly! It's super thin, easy to cut and durable even in the heat! They wipe down easily with a light cleaner and cloth. Great value for the money! They stick very well, I recommend this for a variety of items.

Easy to use, super sticky, no recovery when stepped on
Works pretty good. Flexible and super sticky on metal. This stuff is not coming off without some serious help (rubbing alcohol probably). I did use this on ladder rungs for a bunk bed. However, it has no memory and did not hold up to me stepping on it with my shoe on. I feel I should have purchased a slightly thicker roll.

Mat falls apart doesn't last
Got it for my nephew's room and it has completely been falling apart I keep finding pieces of it all over the floor even though he hasn't been picking it I ended up throwing it away because it got so bad
