A Great Addition to My Evening Routine I've been taking Thorne Magnesium Glycinate for quite a while now, and it's become a regular part of my evening routine. I started taking it to support more restful sleep, and I've been happy with it. Since becoming pregnant, getting a good night's sleep has been more challenging, so I've especially appreciated having this in my routine. I've also noticed that I seem to have fewer nighttime leg cramps, although I can't say for sure whether that's due to the magnesium. Overall, this has been a high-quality supplement that has worked well for me, and I plan to continue taking it.

My sleep def improved with this. I’m taking magnesium before bed and during the day creatinine, fish oil, and D+k and this stack for me has been perfect. Better than any women’s multi vitamin. Good quality product, helps you sleep better at nights
Bought this to help myself with sleeping at nights and it was really good, I usually dont sleep sound, after taking these, I had dreams I could remember and I was well rested! only draw back is I would have preferred if they did a proper lock on the cap, that is a child proof twist lock, what they have is an ordinary cork that can easily be opened by a small child so please improve on that. But still good quality non the less, helped me with my mood swings. Clean well researched product.

Quality Brand!
I take this to help me sleep at night and does wonders! I bought it because my other brand was not available and strangely I feel like Thorne is slightly better than my usual brand. I’m sleeping just a bit better than usual - which is helping out with my overall wellbeing! ❤️
