Took these years ago but discontinued when the bottle ran out. I had no complaints. I can’t go into too much detail because I can’t recall but I do think they worked. I think they’re worth trying.

I’ve only been taking this 8 days twice a day and only lost 2 lbs. However I do have more energy, eat less and the bloating in my upper stomach has reduced. I did have discomfort for the first 3 days but I feel it was worth it. I’m hoping it will help with the weight loss the longer I take it but will buy it again. Everyone bodies are different

My appetite changed because now i don't feel hungry as much which is a good thing and it gives me plenty of energy to workout and throughout the day I immediately the next day noticed a difference and I was really excited cause it was only my first day of taking it and I think its definitely worth the value and my stomach is getting more and resuming to day 3 of taking it my stomach is more of an hourglass shape than not, definitely reccomend!

I can definitely see how this product works, it suppresses my appetite & it makes me poop a lot. I lost 4lbs my first week of using it. I will consistently use it for a couple months, along with dieting and exercising & we'll see what results I will end up with.

Hard to say if it’s working because I have lost some weight, but there’s days where I look worse. But I think if you used it with meals, it would work best. Has no taste, but I’m old and gets stuck in my throat. I don’t think it gives me energy or sleep, but I’ve got it for weight loss.
