The bubble tonic action really does lift up and break down flakes, sebum and old product buildup without being harsh or stripping. I was slightly hesitant at first whether or not I should get it, wondering if I will see/notice any difference, and I'm so happy I got this tonic. First of all, I'M OBSESSED with the scent. The scent is so refreshing, it smells like a cucumber, or like a day at the spa. Application is very easy and I love how it feels when I apply it. There was some confusion among other reviews about how to apply this...I looked on the company's website for instructions and you APPPLY IT ON CLEAN HAIR AFTER SHOWER AND LEAVE IT IN! Do not wash it out, that defeats the purpose. It's supposed to remain on scalp to do its thing. After you apply it, there's pleasant slightly tingling that vanishes after short period of time. What I have noticed is I love how my scalp feels after I apply it and I love how my hair looks after it dries. It's more vibrant and bouncy and I can now go longer between washes because the scalp does not get greasy as quick as before. Now when I wash it, it's not greasy/oily and still feels refreshing. Thing tonic and the hair serum are a must!!
