Not their best product
I was very underwhelmed by this product - it was to replace a previous Bosch iron that no longer exists but was much better (and much cheaper) than this I bought years ago in the UK shop Robert Dyas! The cord length is ridiculous and it was sent from the EU so a crazy UK plug was added before shipment that looks decidedly dodgy! It's not very powerful and is too light which means it doesn't iron asa well as it's predecessor - the price which included over 10 pounds of shipping was far too high for this quality. Very disappointed -sorry.

Generically this steam iron is excellent.This particular one is as much use as a hair-drier to a bald man as it was supplied with a EU-style two-pin plug fitted - absolutely useless for use in the UK.Why is an item of electrical equipment ordered in the UK, for use in the UK supplied with an incompatible plug fitted? Absolutely mind-blowingly STUPID!!!!!!

Unacceptable that this should be sold in the UK with a 2-pin plug.
Nowhere did it state that this was being sold from Portugal and therefore it came with a 2-pin plug. Amazon should stop this type of misleading selling. No English instructions provided.

No glory for Amazon.
The first iron arrived badly damaged. I sent for a replacement which arrived with a continental type two pin plug fitted, making totally unsuitable for use in the U.K. I returned the iron for a refund. Amazon certainly did not cover themselves in glory by sending out incorrect items.

German Plug!!
Really annoyed. The iron had a German plug on it, which was not stated in the details. Amazon recommended it as 'Amazon Choice'. What are you doing delivering electrical goods with non English plugs??

Not suitable for use in the UK
Not suitable for use in the UK as comes fitted with a German plug. No mention in the description and no photos to warn people.
