Is it fragrant free to repel mosquitos?

I’m not sure that I would say that it repels mosquitoes, but it doesn’t have a scent that attracts mosquitoes. It’s meant for cleaning and moisturizing rather than preventing bug bites.

how do you open the bottle so the pump works?

I must have a different bottle type than yours as mine doesn't have a pump but just the lid attached. I really like this product but still find the smell a little stronger than I'd like. Sorry I couldn't help answer the question.

If it has no soap how dors it wash away bacteria and dirt?

One of the best body washes

This is one of the best body washes on the market. I always come back to it. I can’t explain exactly what the scent is but I describe it as incredibly fresh and clean without smelling soapy. It’s invigorating. It’s also makes my skin feel silky while not leaving any kind of film on top. It’s sensitive enough for my children to use which is great because one of them has eczema. The lather is full and foamy. I really enjoy this body wash. I feel regal when I get out of the shower.
