What is the different between scan tool 425801 and 423001 ? Can you ship to Saudi Arabia ?

Sudqi,Yes we can ship to Saudi Arabia! There isn't a lot of difference in features between the 423001 (Elmscan 5 Compact) and the 425801 (Obdlink SX). The SX is a newer version and has a higher quality chip then the Elmscan. If you think you will be investing in vehicle-specific software to access additional codes later on, then I would recommend the SX. However, for just reading and clearing the basic codes OBDII standard listed at this link: http://www.scantool.net/obdwiz/#supported_pids , both tools will do this with the free software we provide.You should be aware before purchasing, that our scan tools, like most generic scan tools, only work with OBDII compliant vehicles. Each country has different requirements for manufacturers. In the US, any car or light truck from 1996 or newer was required to make them OBDII compliant. However, different countries have different requirements, some not many at all. Then read the documentation of that software.
