To put things in perspective, I’ve been doing winged liner as my everyday look for more than a decade. I’m not even sure I know how to do other types of eyeliner looks. I have oily skin and eyelids though, so the only products that work are waterproof felt tip liquid eyeliner pens. I’ve tried them all, the cheap and the expensive. A few years back, I found my holy grail eyeliner (benefit roller liner), but I’m always on the lookout for something cheaper, which is why I tried this eyeliner.For the insanely cheap price, this eyeliner ROCKS. It is very smudge proof when dry, and actually even somewhat difficult to remove even with micellar water. It holds up to oily eyelids on 90 degree days. It has fairly good pigmentation. The packaging is really nice, heavy and expensive feeling. And the felt tip is springy (although I have a preference for something with more of a bend to it). This isn’t quite as pigmented as I like, but it is absolutely useable without streaks.While for me, it won’t replace my one true love in eyeliner form, this is an amazing backup for at work or in my car. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a cheaper option, and it has replaced the stila pen as my runner up. The photo I uploaded was after a full day of work, and not even a smudge.

I don’t wear makeup very often in the summer so when I do I prefer waterproof which I why this eyeliner appealed to me. The tip comes to a perfect point and you have a lot of control when applying. It glides on nicely but I noticed it cracking throughout the day. I’ll try again and layer it and see if that helps but if not it may be better to apply for evening time.

I have Used this eyeliner 4 times , and it has already dried and started balling up.

I used this eyeliner while visiting family in the middle of a really hot stretch. Between the heat and a lot of walking around, I was curious to see how it would hold up. I put it on in the morning before we left, just a simple wing, nothing dramatic. When I checked a few hours later, it still looked the same.One thing I liked was that it didn’t make my eyelids feel tight or sticky. Some waterproof liners dry in a weird way, but this one just kind of set and stayed there. I also didn’t notice any flaking, even though I had it on for most of the day.The felt tip is fine, but I think it takes a little getting used to. If your hands aren’t super steady, you might find it easier to press gently and build the line slowly. I had a little trouble at first with getting an even flow, but after shaking it and using it a couple more times, it got better.I did try using it for a more dramatic look one evening, with a thicker line across the top. It worked fine, though I had to go over a couple of spots twice to get the depth I wanted. It doesn’t layer in a patchy way, which I appreciated.

I really like this eyeliner! The tip is fine, so you get great control and precision, and I noticed very minimal bleeding. It’s a true black, which I appreciate, it’s bold without looking gray or faded.It stayed on well and didn’t smudge throughout the day. It was easy to apply, even for a quick wing, and it lasted a good amount of time. Overall, I think it’s a great value and definitely one I’d reach for again.

This Pro Precision Liquid Eyeliner by Sheglam has the best tip I have seen in years. It is soft to the touch, but holds its shape so well that you can hold it sideways and use it as a stamper. Which I did in the picture I included, just to see if I could. I have hooded eyes, so drawing a wing isn't just about flicking at the ends. In order to get the shape a bizarre shape ends up needing to be drawn on the lid, and this eyeliner was fantastic at the task. So easy to use.Could dry a little quicker, but is dry and no-smudge within a minute or two. I waited a minute before opening my eyes and it was still a little damp, left an imprint on my eye hood. Depends on how thick the line is drawn. Looks glossy after drying as well, love that effect.Doesn't last all day, but gets through a work day with no problem as long as a person isn't rubbing their eyes, which can be hard during allergy season. Much better quality than I expected from an affordable liner!

I love this eyeliner! The applicator is really easy to use, the point is very fine and a little bit stiffer for a more precise application. On a very hot sweaty day, and then went to the pool and it was still mostly in place!
