How effective is the noise cancelling on the FM20 in different environments?

The FM20's ANC reduces low-frequency noise like air conditioning and airplane engines. Higher-pitched sounds like screams or alarms may still be heard. While it helps create a quieter environment, no noise cancelling can block all sounds completely.

How does the transparency mode work on the FM20?

The transparency mode lets external sounds in, allowing you to hear surroundings while wearing the headphones. It's useful for street crossings or brief conversations, but it won’t perfectly amplify all external sounds.

How is the overall sound quality of the FM20, especially for bass-heavy music?

The FM20 provides a balanced sound profile for various music genres. While it offers solid bass, it's designed for everyday listening rather than heavy bass. The FIO MOTUS app allows users to personalize EQ settings for stronger bass.

Do the FM20 headphones have any sound distortion at higher volumes?

The FM20 is designed for clear sound at moderate levels. At high volumes, minor distortion may occur, which is common with most headphones. For the best audio experience and to protect hearing, we recommend keeping the volume at reasonable levels.

How reliable is the Bluetooth connection of the FM20 in everyday use?

The FM20's Bluetooth 5.3 connection is stable within a 50-foot range in open spaces. However, physical barriers like walls or floors may affect signal strength and cause dropouts. Keeping the device closer ensures better performance.
