Why are the amounts of each enzyme not listed? Is anyone able to share the exact quantities of each enzyme per serving?

What's in it?  (I'm always suspicious of manufacturers that don't list ingredients!)

Each capsule contains 500mg of Protease, Superoxide Dismutase, Bromelain, Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, Pancreatin 8X, Trypsin, Peptidase, Acid Stable Protease, Amylase, Seaprose S, Papain, Lipase and Chymotrypsin.  The better enzyme blends are listed as "proprietary blends" on the ingredients panel rather than listing out the individual quantities of each ingredient in order to avoid being copied by other manufacturers.  Per FDA guidelines, the ingredients must be listed in descending order by weight, regardless if the weight is listed or not.  Even if weights are listed however, the enzyme blends are extremely hard to compare apples to apples because enzymes are really measured in activity levels rather than by weight.  And there are multiple different test types to measure the activity levels (for example:  nattokinase might be measured in IU by one manufacturer and by FU from another).  Also, if the enzymes don't have a good enteric coated or time release capsule many of the enzymes will be destroyed by stomach acids before they can be absorbed in to the body.  The best blends, like Fibrenza, have a protected capsule.  We like this particular blend because its capsule protection doesn't use phthalates or other chemicals.  Hope this helps!

As I recall they are large but I have a small throat so I always deal with that. Take a little Coconut Oil in your mouth with your pills and swish them around in your mouth before swallowing pills.
