Fast activation, good coverage, and excellent value on Infimobile's Verizon MVNO network
Ported my existing number and activated a new Infimobile plan with this SIM, and everything worked exactly as expected. I signed up for their $49/5GB monthly promo (good for 12 months), which is a fantastic value for what you get. Just make sure to check your phone’s IMEI on the Infimobile website before ordering so you know it’s compatible.Once the SIM arrived, I went back to their site to activate it. The setup walks you through porting your number—as long as you already have your account number and port‑out PIN from your previous carrier, the process is straightforward.I did the whole activation on my phone and it took under 30 minutes from start to finish. It probably would’ve been even quicker on a computer, but overall the experience was smooth and easy.I’ve used Infimobile’s Verizon‑based service with other family members too, and it’s been solid for the price. The only slowdown we’ve noticed is the usual MVNO congestion in busy areas, which is pretty standard across most budget carriers. Otherwise, coverage and performance have been great for what you pay.

I accidentally purchased a single-line 12-month plan because InfiMobile’s clunky website doesn’t give you any way to simply add another line to an existing plan. I realized the mistake almost immediately, submitted a cancellation/refund request within about 20 minutes of purchasing it, and then signed up for the family plan instead.Despite that, they flat-out refused to refund me. This is especially frustrating considering I’ve recommended InfiMobile to several friends who ended up switching to them because of me.Their customer service throughout the whole situation was rude, unhelpful, and practically non-existent. Apparently even catching a mistake within minutes of purchase isn’t enough for them to make it right.Beware. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more with a carrier that actually values its customers.
