These beet rock sugar crystals will remember you of your childhood rock candies, except these are more nutritional. I used to always use honey but became addicted to these. They are super absorbent and make my tea taste perfect.

There are a lot of different brands of this sugar but this one is my favorite. It’s as close to the Teavanna beet sugar I was using before they went out of business. Don’t waste your money buying the other brands

I just started using this over the past couple of days and just love it. I put it in my cup and let it sit while the Keurig does its thing and tends to dissolve rather quickly. I just give it a stir or two to help it finish up dissolving. It's easy to use too much at first if you're not careful. It really doesn't seem to take much to give you a nice, sweet cup of tea. It works really well. It ranges in color from very light to dark brown. I'm not sure what normal should be, but there's no off-putting flavor at all, just sweetness. I feel it's a great value for the money. I feel this one bag will make a whole lot of sweet tea. I'm quite pleased with my experience so far.
