Excellent Product…
The watch works as expected and the battery life has been great. It is also easy to use and navigate the menus. I would highly recommend getting a protective cover for the watch face. There are many cover options and watch band choices available. My fiancé likes the scrunchie style and loves being able to customize the look. I would make the purchase again for sure.

Battery life not worth the money.
This watch was WAY cool… BUT it was a lot smaller on the wrist than you’d think. The functionality of the watch was pretty awesome. Being a refurb I knew that I would be sacrificing something overall, but I’d charge the watch overnight and put it on in the morning and it’d be dead before the workday was over. IF it held the charge I could deal with it being smaller, but the combination of that and not holding battery life reasonably was reason enough to return it

Defective “new” item!
Item arrived late and when it did arrive it did not work, kept over heating and shutting down when trying to connect. Ad was misleading as I believed I was buying new.
