Very good and healthy. No wheat is what my doc has me eating.

Solid good noodles.
I like these noodles. They are very easy to make and taste good. I like they are baked and not fried. I think they are pretty clean as they do say there are no preservatives. They make a great fast meal. The only thing I would say is that these are rather expensive for 5 packages. I'm purchasing "quality" so that is why I buy these but, if you don't value that as high, there are likely other noodles that would make more sense for you.

The greatest air dried ramen ever!!!
Good chew, healthy, versatile. No flavour packets so I use it with 1\2 tea spoons full of powdered stock and fresh vegetables! Super find!!!

Great product to make your own.
The package is a little small, but the noodles are bouncy and absorb flavor well. I used mine for some leftover chicken and a Buldak spice packet. These "plain" noodles can be a canvas for whatever you can imagine. They are a little pricey, but you get the quality you pay for.
