I bought these to spice up my office at work. Everyone comments on how pretty they are. I didn't realize that I would get so many in the pack, which is nice so if I need/want to add more butterflies I can. For the most part, they adhere to the wall pretty well. I had a few fall off the wall a few times, but I just added more of the adhesive and I am good to go.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this includes two different types of butterfly patters. One is more rounded the other is more pointy. This only adds to the delicate and whimsical affect these have on a room. I own a spa and have these on the door, everyone loves the way they look. They look ornate and stunning, not tacky at all. Like a beautiful piece of art. They are very shiny and good, thick quality. The only thing I will warn you about is there seems to be a dust/film on the butterflies when I opened and put them up; nothing a like damp paper towel cannot help with. I also would recommend buying stronger craft glue dots, as the ones that are provided last for a while but after a while I do find a couple of butterflies on the ground. Again, theses are very minor notes that did not effect the star score because they really are so beautiful! :)

These are beautiful. I put them up on my daughter's wall a year ago, and yes, when I did so, I thought the fake gold would instantly start tarnishing and look ugly. Nope. A year later, they're still bright gold and flying on her wall. These are thin and easy to fold into shape. We skipped the adhesive tape that was included and put tiny dots of the blue ticky tack (Now sold as Loctite Fun Tak Mounting Putty in any Walmart or office supply store)--I've only had one butterfly fall off in a year's time. So, skip the included adhesive and buy the ticky tack like teacher's use; they come off your wall super easy but will stay for years.
