Excellent product for muscle cramps.

This product works great (for me). I've tried others and this has been the best - (2) 2.5 fl oz for less than 1 bottle of competitive brands the have only approx. .7 fl oz. - no odor. - once dried, it isn't sticky. I play guitar and I get hand cramps. This just started recently. I hit it with this stuff (roll on) and within 10 minutes...relief.

Seems like it works on leg cramps.

This product works very well for leg cramps, especially nighttime cramps. I previously used the foam, which was effective but too sticky for me, so I prefer this roll-on. It still needs to be massaged into the leg. I bought two bottles and gave one to a friend who also struggles with night cramps; she later told me it worked quickly. If you’ve dealt with night leg cramps, you know how valuable fast relief can be. This product is well worth it. I always keep one in the nightstand.
