Easy and fun; not sure if it meets BSA standards (we did not weigh them).

For less money you can purchase one of Pinecars kits that come with the paint also (neither come with glue). This kit does not. There is nothing deluxe about it. And please know the rules if you are going to compete because in real competition this car is illegal to use. The car is pathetically slow due to the cheap single axles, wide wheels and plastic hubcaps. Yes it's fun to build with your child and those memories are priceless but do yourself a favor and build a real pinewood derby car. This one is a joke. If you just want it as a model to sit on a shelf then this car is for you. Just buy some paint and super glue and have fun.

This is a wonderful Derby Car kit that I am thrilled to have gotten and would get again.

Not bad. Wood wasn’t cut the best but it worked for what I had to do. Also the decals don’t like to stick.

The car was in super shape and after painting with a few modifications, won best design award at the Pinewood Derby event.

We received package this morning when we opened it we noticed a small screw is missing.

My husband was really happy and so was my grandson, thank you, he did win the race he was on thank you
