I have tennis elbow behind and in back of my elbow - will this fit over my elbow to let me access the areas above the elbow?

The Roleo is not intended for use on or above elbow.

The tension knob doesn't work at all. The pressure on the machine doesn't change. How can I resolve this?

I have the same problem. No difference in pressure when adjusting the knob.

Is this good the relieve lymphodema?

I can't give a safe answer but it has brought relief to me on both the complete arm below the shoulder and the leg below the knee.
