This is a great massager for me. I have a lot of stress, tension and soreness in my neck, this massager is making it feel so much better. Initially it felt a tiny bit uncomfortable because I don't have a lot of fat/meat on my back and neck (lol at the moment can't think of any other words to describe,except maybe flesh) and I wasn't used to it. But I adjusted fast because after the first few minutes of usage it felt good and helped a lot. I like all the features; heat, spinning direction and speed. Really like the arm straps that allow you to maneuver it where you need it and control the intensity. Love the convenience of it and the fact that I can do it myself. My daughter visited and she loves it. So it would make a nice gift.

Ok so I have been dealing with back pain for the past several years due to sitting in front of a computer all day. I don't have the best posture so this takes a toll on my back especially my upper shoulders. I usually go get massages to try and get the knots out but was looking for something that I can do at home. I purchased this and it does exactly what I need it for. It allows you to control the pressure, which I like a lot of, and can adjust easily to get to your knots. I really enjoy the heated feature even though I didn't think I would use it. Overall I am super happy with my massager and will probably gift them to some of my family members.

I got this during my pregnancy. I had lots of strain on my upper shoulder and back. It's pretty good for those areas! I had initially thought it would be good for other body parts as well like they claimed.. For example legs but it didn't do much for me. So if all you need is shoulder/ back kneading relief, this will be just fine for you. My only complaint is that the buttons are not that easy to access while in use and of course you have to be near an outlet for it to work. It's also a tad bit unevenly bulky so it's hard to find a place to neatly store it. Wish it came with a little case or cover so we can just fold it over and put it away. Also I was super excited about the heating feature but it was kind of a let down. You will feel a little bit of warmth but that is about it. But over all a good thing to have!

We have one these type of shoulder massagers at work and I've been wanting to get one for home for a while. I kind of knew what to expect from this type of massager and this particular unit did not disappoint. I like it best for my neck. It really fits it well and gives it a medium massage. I had a pillow massager that gave me a headache but this shoulder massager does not. Also, the insert showed it being used on the legs which I hadn't even thought about. I've been using it on my hamstrings after trail running and it has really loosened up my sore muscles. I haven't had this for long so haven't had any problems with it yet. I will update my review if I do. Overall, I'm excited about it so far.

Oh, my! I love this product. I have had massage pillows in the past, but you could only lean against them and try to adjust your position to get the needed massage. With this, I can not only adjust the position but the depth as well. For example: I can rest it on my lower neck/upper back and slip my arms through the pockets and pull down or forward, etc., for the position. I can then pull with more force for a deep tissue massage. The same applies to my lower and middle back. The rotating massage heads have different size knobs so you get a better massage then just a rolling ball. I have tried it once and I feel "the good kind of pain"--the kind of sore you feel because the knots in my back are breaking down. So nice!!!! I also received a message from the manufacturer about the product within a day of receiving it to provide safety and other useful tips, in addition to contact information. So far, so good. I hope quality continues and that it lasts a long time.

I bought it for my husband and I love it more than my he does😜 we asked our parents to try as well and they loved it so we are going to buy 2 more of these. Intially you will enjoy massage and with heat settings you can soothe your sour muscles. But once the massage 8s done, you will realize how relaxed you feel, oh that cannot be explained. I will highly recommend this product and just for the information of reader, I am not getting any incentive for writing this review. I genuinely liked the product and it's been 2 months since the purchase and it's still working as it should.

CONS: I disliked the material they had covering the rotating massage heads. It was a cheap fabric, and had a mesh design, after 5-10 minutes of use the fabric started to rub against my neck to harshly and left it feeling somewhat irritated. If I had left it on longer or applied a little more pressure to get that "Deep tissue massage" I undoubtedly would have caused a rash and left the area raw and agitated. Another problem I had was getting comfortable. I found myself fidgeting around trying to adjust the straps and the massage heads to a position that wouldn't leave me feeling annoyed. I think the wire plugin added to my frustration as I was actively aware of it the entire session and would step on it or get the wire caught onto something. I would love this product a lot more if it had been wireless, I should've shopped around for one instead of jumping onto this product so quickly. And I'll admit that was my fault. Also, the heat of the product wasn't nearly enough to get me to a more relaxed state. I would have loved a function to contol how hot the massage heads got. Also, I wish they had worked a method into the design to easily remove the mesh fabric from the product and just let the massage heads do their work directly onto your applied area. The speed settings were a waste, and I honestly felt no discernible difference in speed no matter how many times I pushed that button. PROS: The plastic leather was actually quite pleasant to the touch, very soft and I honestly wish it had been what was covering the massage heads, instead of that coarse mesh fabric they had. When the massage heads hit that spot on your neck or your back or legs that has been tight and in need of a good rubbing, it genuinely feels amazing. The heat, while not amazing was still appreciated.

Why didn't I buy this sooner? I absolutely love this massager! It is my new best friend! I live alone, and I've had back problems all my life with scoliosis. With the pandemic, I have not been able to go for regular massages and adjustments, so I decided to take a chance on purchasing my own massager. I'm so glad I did. It is easy to use, and I was able to move it up and down my back to hit all the spots that needed attention. It uses electric to massage, but the cord is over 5 feet long. It even comes in a nice box with a handle for storage. If you have knots in your back/neck or discomfort, this is the massager for you. For me, it was well worth the price which I felt was reasonable.

It honestly works really well I wish it had a few more settings but other than thats it’s really good

I gave this as a Christmas gift to a close friend with permanent injuries body-wide from multiple car accidents that's left her in constant pain and she loves it! Rechargeable cordless is great for travel and her long days sitting in her office chair. I also have a permanent neck injury that seems to creep down to my shoulder and arm and ends at my toes lol. I have a full blown massage chair in my livingroom but theres nothing like useing my own hands to get the massage where I want it and the freedom of being able to move around while using it. After trying this one, I ordered one of my own. The rotating balls are very smooth, spaced well and give a nice deep massage that gave me goosebumps the minute it touched my neck, shoulders, back and good grief even my scalp! Yah, I rolled it all the way up my neck because the higher I went the better it felt! My eyes rolled to the back of my head in bliss lol. The heat button gives off an overall warmth that can only be truly felt on the naked skin or very thin clothing. I found it very pleasant but don't expect actual hot heat. This is not that boy. The on button is a prolonged almost 5 sec press for real. My friend thought it was broken because there's no instant turn on but patience is a ...... DO NOT lean too heavily or press too hard on the rotating balls, the will stop and over a long period of time I assume may cause damage (just use good sense). I LOVE this little massager and so does my friend. I can't wait for mine to arrive.

Vous pouvez utiliser l'appareil pour le dos, les bras et même les jambes selon comment vous le placez, c'est très efficace pour récupérer après un entraînement intense, pour detendre les muscles.

I guess I have a short neck because this didn’t really get to my neck. If I let it rest on me comfortably at most it hits my upper back shoulders and lowest base of my neck. Not my actual neck. Also, there’s no way to tell what level heat or speed you’re on. The changes of increasing heat and speed are so unnoticeable I couldn’t tell if I was on higher heat or speed. Can’t really relax cuz you must ensure you’re hands are always in the slots pulling the machine to your body. One of workaround is to lean against a wall or push yourself into the chair/sofa you’re sitting on. Not gonna give it a full failure though because it does work. I’ve used it on my lower back and legs and if I do weird positions I can get it to get really into my neck. But if ure short necked (I didn’t know such a thing existed until this machine) and you position it the way you’re supposed to, u will have to hunch over for it to get into your neck which is wrong cuz you’re just encouraging a bad posture for your neck and back and thus resulting in ongoing bad neck and back problems to which this machine is supposed tp alleviate

This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Its easy to use, wraps around my waist and feels so good on my lower back and hip. I use it every day, several times a day. I'm very stiff in the morning and this helps to get me moving.
