Why does the vacuum shut off shortly after starting, while the red light is flashing?

This typically happens when restricted airflow triggers a safety auto-stop. Check the dust cup and filter. Emptying the dust cup isn’t enough—clean the filter regularly and replace it when needed. Replacement filters are available in our store.

Who is this handheld vacuum best for?

It’s perfect for busy dads, parents, apartment dwellers, desk setup enthusiasts, and tech gadget lovers who want quick cleanups without using a bulky vacuum. Great for car interiors, small spaces, and everyday messes at home or on the go.

Is this vacuum suitable for cleaning entire car in one go?

Designed for quick spot cleaning – car seats, floor mats, center console gap, cup holder, narrow home corners, sofa crevices. For full-vehicle deep clean, use section by section. Made for quick, small-area tasks, not single-pass whole-car cleaning.

How long does it take to charge, and why isn't it recharging?

To achieve the normal 2.5-hour charging time, please use a 15W or higher adapter(not included). Please charge regularly after use. Avoid long periods of sitting, or the battery may fully drain and fail to recharge.

How long does the battery last on different suction modes?

HOTO Autor Care Air Duster & Vacuum offers 3 suction modes: Boost (20000Pa, up to 10 min) for tough messes, Standard (15000Pa, up to 14 min) for everyday cleaning, and Eco (8000Pa, up to 35 min) for light, frequent use.
