I’ve bought a lot of things on Amazon over the years, but I’ve never felt the need to leave a review until now. This cushion has made such a big difference for me that I really wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I’ve been dealing with tailbone pain for a long time. Sitting for more than a short period was painful, and standing up afterward was even worse. My job requires me to sit for hours every day, and I also travel frequently on 12-hour flights, so finding a cushion that actually works has been a challenge. Before this one, I tried six different seat cushions. Some were okay, but I still had a lot of pain when getting up. Others were too thin, didn’t fit me well, or just didn’t provide enough support. I even bought some of the more expensive and highly rated ones, thinking they would be better, but none of them really solved the problem. I decided to give this cushion one last try, and I’m so glad I did. It’s honestly the first one that has truly worked for me. I can sit in my office chair for three hours straight, stand up, and not feel that sharp tailbone pain I used to have. The support is fantastic. I also have wider hips (48 inches), and I weigh 195 lbs, so I appreciate that this cushion is large enough and doesn’t feel too small or squished like many others I’ve tried. I was honestly surprised by how affordable it is because it performs better than cushions that cost a lot more. This is the only one I’m keeping, and I won’t be shopping for another one. If you’re dealing with tailbone pain and nothing else has worked, I’d definitely recommend giving this cushion a try. Everyone is different, but it has made a huge difference for me.

The thick, high-density memory foam feels supportive without being too firm, and it quickly molds to your body for a really comfortable fit. One of my favorite features is the ergonomic U-shaped cutout, which helps relieve pressure on my broken tailbone from an accident last year that's still painful when sitting on other tailbone pillows or any type of chair. This greatly helps for sitting for extended periods much more manageable. Another plus is the non-slip bottom and breathable cover, which keep the cushion in place and prevent it from getting too warm during long use. One suggestion is to measure your chair, then use the pillow's length and then measure how much leg room you need. Turns out I need a bit more in order to get my back comfortably to the back rest. I solved that with a back pillow. Overall, this is a well-designed, high-quality cushion that delivers exactly what it promises. If you spend a lot of time sitting or need extra support for your back or tailbone, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

My wife has pain from her tailbone. This pillow has worked great and helped alleviate some of the pain when she sits down. Highly recommend!

This cushion gave me the best relief I've felt in a while on the first day, it was firm, and a good quality cushion for the on sale price, I put a plastic pillow cover over it to due to allergies to keep dust and lint off of it while still having enough room in it to continue expanding. But after sitting on it on day two I started to notice that the front of the cushion where your legs are starts to sink down too low for my liking making my legs hurt a bit during long sitting sessions, it's as if whatever was making the cushion hold it's firmness near the legs on the first day has degraded after a day or 2 of not being used. I think it's still is a great cushion because of the amount of thickness in the cushion near where your bottom sits that maintains it's firmness while I'm sitting on it. It's just that part where your legs are that could use more thick and firm foaming to support the thighs better. And for reference I'm about 150lbs.

I mainly bought this for comfort and to correct my sitting posture , and it’s honestly been a lifesaver for sitting long hours. The cushion is definitely on the firmer side, but that’s exactly why it works. It doesn’t sink or go flat when you sit on it, so you stay supported and the pressure stays evenly distributed. It feels really sturdy and holds its shape even after using it all day. Two things that really surprised me: • The Thickness: It’s thick enough that you don't feel the chair underneath you, but not so bulky that it feels awkward. It gives you just the right amount of "lift" to keep things comfortable. • The Airflow: Because of the open design and its height, it doesn't get all hot. Overall, it’s comfortable, durable, and actually does what it says.

It works just fine. It relieves the pressure from when you have some hemorrhoids and you can sit for hours using discussion. Also perfect for the car for long trips.

Final verdict: Not good. The ergonomic contouring with the curves, humps,& dips seem like a good idea. But after a weeks, I’m not a big person, I think this cushion might be a little too small for my bottom and so the outside contours start to push into my thighs and making them sore. This cushion was made to fit someone’s bottom, just not mine. Initial thought, out of the package, seat cushion seems to be thicker and firmer, but not too firm, better than what you find at the box stores. I work from home and sit for 8hrs doing my job. After a week of using this cushion, it’s ok but could be better. I found the back that cushion that’s goes up is a little thick and pushes me forward, which forces me to sit up straight but also makes me slouch more often because I don’t have the seat back support anymore. And, the center cutout is a little small. If it was just a tad bit larger. It might work perfect for others. But will have to cut away some of this foam so it’ll fit me a bit better.
