Very good belugas!
I really loved these! They are so tasty. So easy to cook. I ALWAYS soak legumes. And these are perfect in 11 minutes after a 6-8 hour soak. These hold their shape very very well. They are no longer black after soaking and cooking, but you can tell by the perfect texture and pertness that they are belugas. It's been fun and delicious to find new recipies! My only issues is the bag. Its so annoying to open. Should be velcroed instead of sewn. Ill be reordering these again!

These Little Gems would get a five-star rating if they weren't so expensive. I have never had Beluga lentils, but these things are yummy and they pack a powerful nutritious punch! Would recommend. Do something about that price, please!
