It's nice that it comes in a roll and you can cut off the exact length you want, rather than pre-cut slices. But that also means it's more time-consuming so not always as practical in races. There could be a little more stretch to this, just so that it would stick better around joints such as the knees. I'm not sure about the glue, I had slightly more sensitive skin after having the tape on for a half day; I've had zero issues of that kind with some other KT tape that I've worn before. But so much cheaper than what you can get in stores.

The media could not be loaded.  The tapes are very stretchy, I danced three hours in them (I’m a zumba teacher) and they were absolutely fine, didn’t move from the place I applied them. The day was horribly hot, but the tapes are breathing, it was quite comfortable having them everywhere on my legs. I struggle with rehabilitation nowadays, so the tapes really gave me some relief, it was a fifth day of me dancing several hours in a row and the tapes helped me to restore a bit. Overall, very content. Very good quality, good pricing, thank you.

Great quality, fantastic adhesion with minimal fraying. Stays in-situ for days even with repeated washing. Good colour too for less visible soiling, and nil colour transfer onto white clothing with sweat. Have reordered this about 5 times now, can’t recommend highly enough!

Not sticky at all

I’ve bought this because of knee pain. I had to quit my dancing classes because of the pain. Then my friend told me about this tape. I tried and it really helps me to feel myself comfort when I dancing. Sticks very well and stays on the place.

I used this for wrapping an aerial hoop. Bought spray glue to use with it which helped really stick it all down. Feels good on the hands and stops blisters from forming so quickly!Will buy again
