I bought this because I have chronic back problems and it hurts to sit back in a couch, or to sit up in bed. This is made of expanding memory foam, and after 24 hours of expansion it gives very good, solid support with plenty of material to get into the lower back and take the weight and allow the spine to rest. It works and I'm happily keeping it. My only gripes are that it is kind of small. I had one years before that was at least 20% bigger all around, and that would suit me much more. The arms are so low and tiny that I get no arm support from them at all. My elbows don't even reach down to them. But, the arms to help keep the back from shifting.For some reason things like these have become quite expensive. Given the price of this one, I am happy to accept the few shortcomings. It seems like it will last a long time, and I am happy with it.

I have had chronic problems with my back for as long as I can remember, and sitting up in bed to watch TV or crochet can be torturous even with 3 pillows propped up behind me. My daughter had me try a similar back support pillow and it helped somewhat. When I first took it out of the package, was skeptical and ready to return it because it was all compressed. But after reading the instructions and the fact that it takes two days to fully fluff up after being packaged, I decided to wait and am I ever glad that I did. The support is terrific and I don't have to keep readjusting it or fluffing it up. I can finally sit up and crochet for hours without pain. It is very well made and I think it will last for many years. Thank you for making such a fine product.

I got this because I have been working at home since the pandemic started. I had spine surgery that summer and I was using my pillows to help me sit up more straight but noticed I was starting to flatten them. Hence the reason for this plush pillow, worth it. Haven't tried it in the bed but if I can sit normal & legs up on the couch with the pillow behind me it will work in the bed. If this fits in my office chair at work I will be buying another to keep there since I will start going back into my office next week.

Great pillow, I was bummed at first thinking it was too flimsy and the stuffing was not adequate but five this baby a day or two to officially plump up you won't be disappointed! I rest against it for a few hrs each night and it offers surprisingly sturdy lumbar support. I love this pillow! Reasonable priced and fast shipping!

Bought this pillow when my daughter broke her leg & it was perfect for her to help her sit up.
