Even though it's in oil, flesh is quite firm & feels dry in your mouth. Taste also was nothing special. Prefer other brands where the flesh is tender-er and moist. I've tried this brand 2 different times now and not impressed each time. Won't order again.

On flavor alone it is close to a 5 star. The price is quite high though, and for me that drops a star off. Quality is great, but overall value for cost is not.

Soft, pretty good, tuna tasting, darker meat, and passable. The $5 lower price as compared to Ortiz is about right.
