I absolutely love this product! The texture looks a little thick at first, but it spreads very easily, feels lightweight, and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy.I have combination/oily, acne-prone skin with rosacea, and this has been amazing for maintaining clear skin. It helps keep my pores clear, reduces blackheads and occasional breakouts, and gives a very gentle exfoliation without irritating or drying my skin.A little goes a long way, so I think the bottle will last quite a while. I’ve been using it every morning for about a month, and I’m very happy with the results. If you already tolerate salicylic acid well and are looking for a gentle daily treatment, I highly recommend it.

It’s good. Kind of pricey if u don’t buy it on sale. It really doesn’t help with my redness but it’s really good as a spot treatment. Whenever I get a pimple, each night I put a good amount on it and with in 3 days the pimple is gone! It doesn’t dry out my skin so yeah

Please pay attention to the size that you are ordering. When I purchased this product I thought it would be a decent size based on the photo but I ended up getting a sample sized product. It is so small that it won’t even last a week and I am disappointed because why is a brand selling a 5ml tube for THIRTEEN DOLLARS?? That’s almost the same price as my cleanser which is 400ml worth of product.Update: despite the size of the product, it has been working really well on my skin and I’ve noticed a difference with my breakouts & dark marks (they’ve cleared up quite a bit). I use this along with my Retin-A (tretinoin), not at the same time obviously & my skin is clearing up.

It is with a heavy heart that I regrettably inform you that this is absolutely worth the price. Yes, it is expensive for the little tube you get, but it has lasted me a couple of months using it both day and night.This might be one of the only products I've ever used that doesn't give me sensory issues. I put it on and don't get a moment of stickiness or a wet feeling like I do with serum options. It doesn't irritate me. I even LIKE putting it on.I've used other azelaic acid serums, TXA, and I have a permanent retinoid in my routine. Adding this has been very effective at reducing a lot of the PIE (red hyperpigmentation) I've had leftover from acne since I was a teenager. It's not hydrating, it's not going to do everything— it does one thing, and it does that one thing very well.

I developed fairly mild rosacea a few years ago - at first it was just redness, no breakouts. I tried many products to reduce the redness, but nothing made a difference, so I was just hiding it under makeup. Then the breakouts started, every couple of weeks, so I stopped covering it up, and I got this cream. It’s been 8 weeks of applying BOOST twice a day and the texture of my skin has improved a lot - only one breakout in that entire time that was way milder than usual - but the underlying redness has not changed at all. All of my internet searches suggest that 14% is the magic number when choosing an azelaic acid product, so maybe this 10% formula is just not quite strong enough.

I use this everynight after washing my face for my comodones and it’s literally the only thing that works after years of trying to figure out my breakouts. I feel like I have a higher temp face and so I get closed pore bumps around my chin and since I’ve been using this they are gone. My skin also seems so much brighter too.
