It gets freezing! I can run games on my 17pro in literally 100 degree heat and this thing keeps my phone bright and going, even if my phone is still in its case (Zagg) Same environment with out it, my phone is dimming and slowing down (Apples native “cooling” is a joke). If you do any gaming on your phone it’s so worth it. Though I wish they would include a full charger not just the cable. You need at least a 60 watt to even have it stay on, most brick portions can’t hit that. Also none of my portable chargers work with it. It puts out a ton of heat and wants a ton of wattage, but it works better than anything. If you have ever rotated ice packs to keep your phone cool, this is for you. I work for a major cell carrier and now take it to work daily. This company should be paying me for the amount of people I advertise it too, but even with out commission it’s just that good and effective! (But seriously give me a referral code!)

Used on a older android phone and WOW does this work great. No joke, in about 5 seconds after plugging in this thing is super cold. Its an ACTUAL Peltier cooler (aka TEC) and is not just a normal fan. Used to play Pokémon go in hot 90+ degree weather outside for hours at a time it is a great buy. I didn't install the app and it works great with the button on the back. Make sure to use a proper PD power bank to get the juice you need for it. Absolutely worth the price, love it!

The good part: The base does get cold, and the fan runs. However, the "18 addressable RGB LEDs" are only addressable via Bluetooth through an app that is near impossible to download and install, and connects through Bluetooth only to immediately disconnect. The detachable grips are not attachable in the first place. Going to product support is a maze of mirrors that gives no help whatsoever. The online support available here is for a room fan.

Does an amazing job cooling my iPhone which overheats a lot more than I think it should. Very fast cooling. Apple needs to do a better job designing their phones so they don’t overheat, but until then this is a lifesaver.

Youll will need a 40-100w power bank to get it's full cooling effect. Still works with 12-18w banks but won't cool to lowest temps. Had to purchase a iniu 25k 100w bank for $57, iniu 240w power cables and it might not even be compatible. I'll will find out. Most cables and power banks people bought in the last few years are only rated to 12-18w like all of mine. It cools better than the black shark fun cooler and previous black shark 3 and 30percent larger cooling area than pro 4, pro 6 and fun coolers. Make sure you buy new 45-250 w compatible charging cables if your cables are old. The cable that came with it seems to be a cheap old plastic 50 cent cable that might not be rated to run anything above 18w that might be one of the issues that people are having with trying to run it with a 40w or higher power bank. Atleast I won't have to buy a new power bank for 3-4 years hopefully. One 20k bank for the winter and spring and 25k 100w with fast charging for summer and fall. This item is mainly being used for cooling while playing Pokemon go for those long 3-9 hour event days and daily play during the hot months. These pixel phones are very sensitive to heat. Also I recommend not downloading the android app from there website. You have to pair it with your Bluetooth and if it's not in the Google play store don't trust a Chinese app. It is 99 percent going to collect everything you do on your phone from min one. You can adjust the cooling effect fan speed by clicking the on off button once and you can change the lighting effect by double clicking the on off button. The one thing is you can't turn of the lighting effect without the app as far as I can tell but you'll be using it during the daytime so it won't be that noticeable. Its already set on overclocked cooling so it should be on the highest level. While waiting on my new 100w power bank I didn't use the cooler for about 4 days. I figured I would check it out with my 20k 18w battery with the new 260w cables I got. The cooler would not turn on. I tried it with the cable that came with it nothing. Tried my old Anker 12w cables same. Finally I used my 12in USB to c cable that charges my go++ and it came on. After that it would work with all my other cables. I made sure and powered it off instead of just unplugging it and that seemed to help. Word to the wise is make sure that it will work before you leave to use it outside. I've tried it now after unplugging it for about 30 minutes then using the new cables about 3 times now and it has powered up each time.

This is 10/10... I love my black shark magnetic phone cooler! I use it mainly for gaming on fortnite and its definitely a game changer! I had bought previous a different phone cooler that also connected to my phone case but unfortunately my phone wld still heat up creating lag. So I return it and decide to invest in this one and omg, what an awesome investment! I highly recommend this product, especially if you have a phone case thats magnetic because it will keep your phone cool through your case while gaming,charging or w/e you need!!

Used this a lot for when I go out to play Pokemon Go! Recently used it during GoFest in Chicago and my phone was overheated bad and even with the sun out, this cooler worked fast to cool down the phone so I could continue my gameplay. It’s a little loud but barely noticeable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Mostly use it for when using fast charging my RedMagic 11 Pro+ where battery temperatures rise up to ~40°C. Using the cooler lowers the temperature down to ~27°C on the battery which is impressive! The magnet is also fairly strong, it really is impossible to shake off.

Für mich zählt: Wenn ich am Strand, am See oder Teich in der Sonne sitze und E-Mails beantworten will, wird das Handy normalerweise nach wenigen Minuten so heiß, dass sich der Bildschirm verdunkelt und es sich abschaltet. Schon beim Bestellen habe ich mir gedacht, das könnte eine Mogelpackung sein, die ich wahrscheinlich wieder zurückschicken muss – aber ausprobieren kann man es ja mal. Es funktioniert tatsächlich. Ich habe mein iPhone 17 Pro in die pralle Sonne gelegt, gleichzeitig aufgeladen und zusätzlich eine Benchmark-Software laufen lassen – also die denkbar härteste Belastung. Ohne angeschlossenen Kühler wurde das Handy kurz wärmer. Sobald ich den Kühler magnetisch angebracht hatte, war die Temperatur innerhalb von rund 30 Sekunden wieder unten, und das Gerät blieb durchgehend auf der kühlsten Stufe. Zu Hause am Netzstrom zieht das Gerät über 30 Watt und kühlt dann richtig extrem herunter, teilweise auf -5 bis -6 °C. Unterwegs mit einer externen Powerbank bekommt es meist nur rund 8 Watt. Die dazugehörige App gibt es ganz normal im Apple App Store, keine Sicherheitsbedenken. Optisch ist sie im typischen China-Style gehalten, also bunt und verspielt, und steht anfangs auf Chinesisch. Man kann sie aber sofort auf Englisch oder Deutsch umstellen, danach ist alles leicht verständlich. Das Gerät selbst wird innerhalb von etwa 10 Sekunden erkannt, man kann verschiedene Leistungsstufen wählen oder eigene definieren und auch die bunten LED-Lichter komplett abschalten. Fast alle Rezensionen hier stammen von Gamern, die den Kühler wegen grafikintensiver Spiele nutzen. Ich habe mir dazu einige YouTube-Videos angeschaut und dabei genau dieselbe Überraschung erlebt wie die Leute in diesen Videos – das ist keine gespielte Reaktion von irgendwelchen Darstellern, ich saß selbst alleine zu Hause und konnte es genauso wenig fassen, wie schnell und stark das Gerät kühlt.
