The Hbada E3 Pro is a good chair, but overpriced. Quality control is a concern. I had at least five different screws missing plus the allen wrench. Upon further inspection two chair pieces had hairline cracks which I could only see because the sunlight hit the chair at just the right angle when I was putting it together. There is a strong possiblity I received a return item - there was double-tape on the outside of the box and on many of the packaged parts. The chair was comfortable, but due to the plastic materials in the arms the chair does "wobble" more than it should. I would not push myself up or out using the armrests because they feel flimsy. Regarding the armrests - listen to the previous reviews. They are high and do not move enough to be able to push the chair in. The foot rest bar is also made out of plastic and wobbles - a lot. Lumbar and head support are good. The base is solid. The chair controls need refinement to work more smoothly. You can feel the plastic material used in the blend of the mesh which may cause issue with those who have sensitive skin and allergies. English instructions - both the booklet and the assembly video subtitles - need corrections because they are both incorrect on what screws to use where. You have to see which screws the guy points to in the video to get the right ones. Overall a decent chair, but should be more in the $200-$225 range for the materials used and the lax quality control. Returning. UPDATE: The seller did reach out to make certain I received a refund which I really appreciated.

Easy to assemble, only thing that threw us off and had a hard time understanding was the lumbar area, at first we were tugging on it as far as it would reach , outwards and everytime my husband would scoot his body back it would just get pushed back inwards not locking , and when we would rise the height same problem it would not lock and just fall back down , We thought that there was a manufacturing problem but we soon learned that on both height and when your pulling outward, it locks on the 3rd or 4th snap that you hear when adjusting & you have to stop before you hit the max because if you go past that then it’ll just keep falling or getting pushed back in. hope this helps!!! That’s my only complaint other than that after we figured this out my husband loved it

OKAY! A FEW THINGS! I had a hard time getting the head on. Not only that, the manual is a bit confusing and even had a typo in it. I had to look up a youtube video just to understand what I was doing. HOWEVER! Once the whole thing was complete, I took my first seat and OH MY GOD THIS THING IS SO GOOD ON MY BACK! It feels very comfortable. The mesh is strong and the adjustments are easy once you understand how they work. I would say this chair is about worth it’s price considering it has a lot of adjustment features. Though, if you don’t want so many features and like simple, don’t get this one. All my other ergonomic chairs have always gotten ruined due to weight and me leaning back in them. This one feels very strong and could withstand regular use. I will come back in about half a year to see if it still holds up. Bottom line: if you’ve got money and you want a good chair with a lot of adjustments and back support, this one is for you. If not? As a preface, I am 5 foot 11 inches, and weigh 230lbs. I have a muscular build as well, which makes my legs heavier. This chair is definitely not worth the high price tag, nor all the social media ads about this. Here's a not-so-short list as to why: -The box came in shambles, held together by an entire roll of packing tape. The parts were wrapped individually in an obscene amount of foam and tape. -Took me (background as a mechanic in aviation) about an hour to fully assemble. The instructions are not the most clear and the little hex wrench that's included stripped out about halfway through the assembly. -All of the gray supports that you see along the seat and back are not metal, just thick plastic that's spray painted a metallic color. -The footrest is a joke, my legs make the flimsy bar that the footrest is attached to bend and wobble. -Armrests are loose and wobbly, and the cushioning is waaaaay too firm. It's almost as if nothing is there. The tilt function is also very uncomfortable and unnatural. The E3 Ultra does the tilting right compared to this - The cushioning is more uncomfortable on the headrest, however, the seat cushion itself is all right. The bottom line is I'm definitely returning it, and going for a more well-known brand like Steelcase or Herman Miller. I'd rather pay the same amount of money for a more quality chair.

I purchased the Hbada E3 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair, Big and Tall Office Chair - with 3-Zone Dynamic Lumbar Support, 4D Adjustable Headrest, 4D Adjustable Armrests, Swivel, Pink and I’m loving every second my butt sits on it (😏). I was a bit hesitant at first to lean all the way back, but once I let go and let god, I haven’t been the same. I’m able to adjust both arm rests and head rest to whatever I find comfortable. If you don’t want to use the attached foot rests, you can choose to either put one leg up or sit criss cross apple sauce with no issues! I give this chair a 9.8/10!
