American Woman is a classic rose. Not too blue, not too yellow. The matte is super flat. I use a bit of sheer pink gloss on the bottom lip. I put this on in layers. At the dentist the hygienist was amazed- the color stayed on through a dental cleaning.

I have always had good results with Nars products. This lip color from the matte collection is no exception. It does not have the drying effect that some matte lipsticks do however it is not as long lasting as some of the dryer types. I’m very pleased with the quality smoothness and color selections.

Horrible. The lipstick wouldn’t turn up and it was all dried out. Unusable. Sending back. Useless

A great pop of color that still looks natural. It can feel a little dry but I freshen it up with chapstick.
