Tiki Cat Luau Wet Cat Food, Salmon & Chicken in Consommé, 2.8oz Can, 12ct

My cat loves this wet food. It is one that he does not get sick after consuming. I would say it is a little pricey but my amazing Siamese cat deserves the best…

Okay, both deliveries were with damaged cans. See pics. The box isn’t damaged which leads me to believe they are shipped damaged. It’s always the ends with exploded cans. It ruptured 3 cans in 1st shipment and 3 in the 2nd. I tried to get refund second time and you only get refund once knowing the $20 bought you 6 more cans for free is a great value. Tiki Cat should fix their packaging. Strange business model. The cats love Tiki!

My cat didn’t care for it, but he is picky.

My cats loved this food

Very poor quality from Amazon purchase. I buy this same canned cat food regularly from my local pet store and my cat loves it. But the Amazon order of the same food arrives spoiled it is grey color when I open the can and my cat refuses to eat it. It needs to be recalled from Amazon because the same product same can of cat food from petco is fresh pink tuna chicken color. Not my last two deliveries from Amazon. Really grossed me and my cat out.

My cat is a picky eater but he loves, loves this food.

As everyone with pets knows, our cats, dogs (or whatever you have), have distinct personalities and taste buds. A particular food item that may be shunned by some pets, might eagerly be devoured by others in a heart beat - and who would be right? Having said that, all I can do is to evaluate various food products for the 3 adopted (formerly feral) cats that we have in our home. We have 3 formerly feral cats - a Momma and two of her full grown kittens (female and male). They are absolutely hooked on various Applaws brand of canned food and whenever I serve them that line of food, they go nuts and inhale everything. Periodically, I like to try other products in an effort to give our cats some different choices, mixing it up a bit. So when I saw this Tiki Cat Luau Shredded Meat, Wild Salmon & Chicken Recipe offering, I thought, "why not..." When the box arrived (I ordered a case of 12 - which was still expensive) - I was eager to serve the cats their new treat. But alas, it was not to be. They each walked up to the new food, gave it a smell (not even a taste), and all just walked away. No matter what I tried, none of them wanted anything to do with this food - bummer, and a complete waste of money to be sure. Then I tried giving them this food at different times during the day - nothing worked. They wanted nothing to do with it. So the moral of the story is, "don't buy cat food that looks like something you'd like yourself (as many of us tend to do)!" So, as is the case with any pet food, your mileage may vary.

My older cat has just a few teeth so I cut this up and she cleans her bowl. Give her 1/2 can in morning. 1/2 can in afternoon.

One of the better brands available in the market. Most importantly, my cats love it
