Bonsenkitchen Vacuum Sealer for Food, with Cutter&Bag Storage,Silver Black

I bought this vacumn sealer because I got tired of throwing freezer burnt food out. I am so glad I did. This sealer works amazing! It's easy to set up, and easy to use. It has a little weight to it, but its not heavy. I like the storage compartment for the roll of bags and it has a cutter on it so you dont need scissors. It comes with a hose attachment for vacuum containers as well. It is a bit loud. This machine is affordable and my food looks great! The only issue i have had was it stopped working due to starting to overheating but I quickly realized that was my own fault. You have to wait 20 seconds between seals so it can cool down a bit. I like the overheat protection as well. Overall, I would recommend this product!

Better than I expected. I have a cheaper one from another brand that didn’t work so well. So I got this one and it exceeded my expectation. It vacuums really well and also seals. I love that it has a separate part to store the roll of “bags”. Would recommend.

Works well and seems well made. Definitely a money saver. Buy in bulk, seal and store. Pulse feature comes in handy for delicate items. Negatives: Cord storage is not the best. Can be difficult to hold the bag in the unit while closing the lid. Would definitely purchase again.

Awful! It won't reliably seal or vacuum. I wasted half a dozen bags off of the roll that came with it trying to get it to work. Sometimes the bags sort of half sealed, meaning that the seal would look sealed but if you touched it or put any pulling force on it, it just came apart. I couldn't get any of the bags to fully vacuum no matter what I did. This was a total waste of time and I'm returning it. I had high hopes for this thinking that with the price of steaks these days, that if I found them on sale I could buy several and that they would keep a long time in the freezer if shrink wrapped. Now I have several steaks that will just have to go into regular freezer bags and hope that they don't get freezer burn before the end of the summer.

Love it. Wife didn't think much about it until after the savings started. I'd buy bulk meat items then use baggies...expensive. So now I've been using the sealer for the steaks and hamburger meat. She'll weigh it, mark it for the recipe. It multi functional, although we haven't used the lid/jar option the bagging vac seal works just fine. It was worth it. I did buy a replacement roll, which we haven't used up yet, but it's only been about 4 months. We'll use it twice a month and bag about 15-25 items..chicken, beef and occasionally some pork.

I just received this vacuum food sealer. I purchased it because of the size sealing bags that it allowed. My previous vacuum sealer accepted large bags and I should add was a gift to me. This new one is really a nice addition to my style of cooking. Not only does it seal my food for storage, but it also has a marinating button that allows for the added convenience of quick marinating (16 minutes) our favorite foods. This done through a pulsing of the vacuum on the food, hence the 16 minutes. This is a lot quicker than the 30 minutes to overnight some foods require. It also allows for the sealing of containers designed for vacuum sealing. The included hose and appropriate connectors are included with the sealer. I also like that it will accommodate rolls of bags which makes it easier to select a proper size bag for food I am sealing. Interesting though, it came with a roll of bags and three different size, ready to use bags. This whole package was a great bargain! It is very easy to use and really quick in it's designed operation. Built from plastic and stainless steel, I like the ease of cleaning and storing the unit. A well designed and thought out product.

I had another Bonsenkitchen vacuum sealer that lasted me 4 years before it stopped suction. I've had this one for a little over a month and so far it's perfect. I like the features of bag cutting, although sometimes it gets stuck. The ability to be able to suck the air as I want is a plus too.

Really like it. Works well. The bag holder is super handy, however I can't use the cutter as there is no blade.. would be 4 stars if I could cut the bags on the machine like it s intended. Not sure if it is a design flaw or I'm missing the blade. The plastic will not cut through the bags. Vacuum works good and seals well. I really like the button release function and clicks for hands free so there's no guessing if you can let go. Just click both sides and go.
