Works great for Formula One/MultiViewer setups
Was purchased in July 2025 to add to an existing media center, to run the PC-only MultiViewer app used to watch Formula One races. As of December 2025, it's been an excellent and affordable addition that I'm very happy with. I had exactly zero issues or complaints with any of this product... the packaging was great, the included information was pertinent, the quality of the case and components are excellent, and none of it feels cheezy or of "knock off" quality. For those who go out for the "presentation is everything" philosophy, the packaging in particular was very sleek and appealing, with a "thank you" card added in that actually felt sincere. My pictures should say it all - it has a very small footprint that mounts to the wall and looks great behind all the other equipment, although it did take me a minute to figure out exactly how the mounting plate worked. (But that's more likely due to me being stupid than anything else.) It's supporting a 65" HDMI monitor, a smaller 32" HDMI monitor for the race leaderboard, and a USB/HDMI projector shooting the race track onto the ceiling. I don't do any gaming on it and it's primarily used to watch races, but during races it runs 8 open MultiViewer windows and also a companion app used to control my smart lights, which change colors during race events. (Photo shows them turned to purple to indicate a fastest race lap was just reached in the race.) Through all of this it still has memory capacity to spare, but I don't have exact numbers as I write this review here at work. It doesn't seem to get particularly hot either, but I have mine mounted out in the open on the wall. Windows 11 (after some typical tweaking) worked well, added my devices to it, and updated well. I did struggle tremendously with the functionality of it all, but that was entirely due to Windows 11 and the finicky way it processes things as opposed to the computer itself. It took me quite some time to get settings correct with video and audio, as the computer runs through an AV receiver and not directly to a speaker system. Other than that it's been a great machine and one of my better buys.

Great PC with no issues
I was a bit worried after I read some of the customer issues on other reviews. But this pc is up and running. It's fast, quiet and seems really reliable. It's only been a few days but I haven't had any problems at all. I wanted to add that I don't play high end games but I do play Everquest II, Guild wars 1 and 2, and will be playing Aion 2. With the games I'm playing now there are no issues at all, smooth play and only with the original 32 ram stick.

Powerful PC's, great value & good for my remote team. Microsoft Intune / corporate managed devices.
I purchased several of these little mini-PC's (four of them, actually) for my remote based team, and I'm pretty happy with them so far. They have Windows 11 Pro and they were easy to connect to Intune as company managed devices. They fired up quickly with no problems, they work well, and they seem pretty fast. Each of these little Geekom devices was $499.99 on Amazon with 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD memory capacity (one of the devices I bought was $100 more with 32 GB memory). Comparing them with some Lenovo, Dell and HP laptops I have been looking at and I need to spend about $1200 (via black friday deals) to get a comparable processor and memory setup. The deciding factor for me in originally buying these devices is that they have two hemi ports and two USB-C ports, all of which can connect video. That saved me around $100 per user since I don't have to buy docking stations for everyone to work with their dual monitor setup. So, my net out of pocket expense on the PC's (using my math) is $400 for the 16 GB's and $500 for the 32 GB units. Despite being Chinese made, they were packaged well in nice boxes and they seem well built. They come with the charging cord, one hdmi cable, the mounting plate and instructions. As we add more team members I'll likely buy more of these since they are such a good value for the money as long as the ones I already purchased hold up over time.

One glitch but otherwise great!
This purchase replaced a 10 year old HP desktop. I like the compactness of the unit along with the size of the HD. It's fast, really fast and has functioned well. One morning I went to use it and it was a brick. Nothing would get it to boot up. I called tech support and they told me to unplug it and hold the power button in for 30 seconds. Damn it it didn't work fine after that. They also followed up several times over the next couple of days to make sure it was still working as intended. At this point, I'm very satisfied.

Performs as expected, wiped Windows, installed Zorin 18.1 OS
Very quiet, even under load. I wiped the Windows OS that came pre-loaded and installed Linux OS (Zorin 18.1 OS distro) which performs very well. Only issue I have is the Bluetooth isn’t operating, and their tech support recommends disassembly and verification of the antenna connection for the Bluetooth module (that module operates both the WIFI and Bluetooth). WIFI works great. So at the moment, no time for that, so I just use a Logi Bolt USB dongle attached to one of the backside USB ports, so all USB ports are open and available on the front side. I use a Logi mini MX keyboard and a Logi MX Master mouse (engineering type work). Nice little machine!

Completely Unreliable – Random Power-Offs and Disappointing Customer Support
Completely Unreliable – Random Power-Offs and Disappointing Customer Support I purchased the GEEKOM IT13 MAX AI Mini PC with the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H expecting a reliable, high-performance computer for coding and multitasking. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first 2 days of ownership, the computer randomly powered off more than 20 times without any warning. It did not restart automatically—it simply lost power completely while I was using it. These unexpected shutdowns occurred during normal use, making the computer unreliable and unsuitable for professional work. I also attempted to perform a Windows factory reset to erase my personal data before returning the computer. However, the random power-offs prevented the reset from completing. On several attempts, the reset would reach approximately 8% before the computer suddenly shut off again. As a result, I was unable to complete the factory reset or reliably remove my personal information. I have videos and photos documenting these repeated shutdowns, so this was not an isolated incident. The customer service experience, from the seller. In the first contact, was equally disappointing. Instead of replacing the defective computer or providing a proper warranty solution, the Amazon seller instructed me to open the computer and troubleshoot it myself. I do not believe it is reasonable to ask a customer to disassemble a brand-new computer to fix a hardware problem. That behavior expresses not professional responsibility. After I contacted Amazon, I was provided with a return authorization, a return barcode, and instructions to send the computer back, which I followed. However, after the return process had already been initiated, the seller warned me that if I did not follow their preferred troubleshooting process, my refund could be delayed for several days. I found this frustrating because I had already followed Amazon's official return procedure for a defective product. The hardware specifications look impressive on paper, but reliability and customer support are just as important. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short in both areas. Pros Fast Intel Core Ultra 9 processor Compact design Good selection of ports Cons Random power-offs (20+ times within the first week) Unable to complete a factory reset because the computer repeatedly shut down Unreliable for professional work Seller asked me to open and troubleshoot a brand-new computer Poor post-sale customer service and an unnecessarily stressful return process Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this seller. A new computer should work properly out of the box. If it is defective, customers should receive a prompt replacement or refund without being asked to repair the device themselves or worry about unnecessary refund delays after following Amazon's return process.

Highly recommended for built quality and warranty!
Bought the A7 Max as a faster alternative to the GMKtec M6. The Geekom is faster and better built quality and has Dual 2.5GB NIC(Network Interface Card). It also has a better warranty then the GMKtec. It has a 3 year warranty as compared to the 1 year warranty for the GMKtec. My biggest complaint with the A7 Max was it only having 16GB RAM. If one is buying a mini pc with more cpu cores and faster clock speed then 16GB Ram does not cut the mustard. I speak as a Retired 30 year IT Manager and Process Control Engineer. At least the GMKtec M6 came with 32GB Ram and the Geekom did not. Also one of the best things I like with the A7 Max was using the USB(40Gbps) with my ASUS ROG gaming monitor. With the price of RAM and Hard Drives increasing due to AI Data Centers I did not like having to shell out and additional $215 for a 16gb DDR5 Ram chip from Crucial which I now see is unavailable. The Data Centers are really causing problems for personal pc enthusiast! I am glad I built my own Data Center with 4 Synology NAS and 1 PetaByte of total storage which I can access from anywhere. But due to the cost of RAM and Hard Drives I could not entertain updating my work station to a newer build. Hence the mini pc's. I have my PhD in Astrophysics so I use one Mini PC for that. As a Amateur Radio Operator I use a Mini PC for that. For the wife to keep here off my stuff, a Mini PC for her. My Gaming a Mini PC. Get the picture? Mini PC's are coming with better and faster hardware and with prices as they now are, they are a better alternative then a new PC build. As a final note I have found more computer geeks like me recommending the Geekom Mini PC's. Also one of the best features for Mini PC's is that they now come with Windows 11 Pro and not the Home version. I tell everyone I know to always buy a Pro version of windows instead of the home versions which to me are really unsafe being on the internet! The Geekom A7 Max I can highly recommend!

Nice mini pc
This is a really nice PC unfortunately I cannot take pictures because I returned it in trade for something with many many more gigabytes of memory. I am trying to run a large language model and although the memory on this mini PC is greater than a lot of things on the market I wanted to go all the way up to 128 GB of ram. If I did not need so much ram, I would have kept this because it really is inexpensive for what you’re getting it connects easily to the Internet set up was very easy. It was a nice small size that could be put anywhere. they provide a generous amount of ports so everything can be hooked up. This really has a good deal by with confidence.
