Be patient! It took almost a month to really get relief. Unfortunately I had to stop dosage for a few days because of upcoming surgery. Boy, do I ever notice the difference. Back to flashing! Can’t wait till surgery is behind me so I can go back to the Estrovera!

I won't get into my HRT / Perimenopause struggles with you but let's just say this has been a GAME CHANGER. 8 weeks in and the HOT FLASHES have been reduced. I seen this product on the Dr. Oz show and they promoted it as very effective to battle Hot Flashes. After trying other remedies like Black Cohosh that didn't work for my poor Wife, I ordered this product and she is getting better sleep at night and less Flashes during the day. From all the research I've done, the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is not good for some women but should be consulted with your Doctor.
